Everything seemed fine, until the package was passed to the PPL in the Czech Republic. In the tracking page they claim three attempts to deliver and then the package was sent back. I am working from home, so I am pretty sure, I was there. The PPL never contacted me in any way. Could you consider to send over different delivery company?

Good status information about my order, delivery to UK was only 2 days with good tracking information.
Items fairly priced, which is why I didn't buy in the UK, even taking into account that postage is a bit extra.

Ordering was a very simple process. Prices are very cheap compared to ordering here in Ireland.
The only complaint I have is the shipping. You pay €13.50 for 3/4 working day delivery yet it took a total of 12 days or 8 working days to receive the package.
I would recommend this company for it's price and selection of items but shipping needs to be looked at.

I was hoping to get a good service, instead, Motoruf sent my order to the wrong address, and now I have no parts, and no redress. An Post say it's not their problem.
The site has no way of checking your account, so that mistakes in addresses etc. can be fixed.

A good service platform with a very good selection of Spareparts.
Shipping time though you have to consider if you need spares urgent!
Spares indicated on site do not necessarily correspond with the actual delivery time, I.e. backlog items may be indicated with 3-5 days, but could take you up to 2 weeks.
Latest order was sent 9 days after the order was given, individual Items though were stated as 3-5 days!
