Unfortunately the item took a long time, plus question on delivery, eventually it did arrive, but, was very disappointed when fitting instructions was requested the firm had no answer.
As the handbook was not available one had to research the internet to find fitting instructions which was not 100% correct, very disappointing to say on the whole.

As an Englishman living in France looking for parts for an American machine and dealing with a company in Germany might sound a daunting experience but it was so easy. The excellent Parts diagrams and lists plus the Product knowledge of the English speaking advisor made the ordering very simple. First class service all round, I would recommend the Company to anyone, in the past when I’ve asked at a local garden Machinery agent I was met by a shrug of the shoulders and a sharp intake of breath, now I don’t bother to visit them when I can do it so easily over the Net and Phone.
