WEICON Bonded Coating Spray MoS2 is a fat-free dry lubricant at high pressure and temperature resistance. The coating is free of dirt, dust and water resistant, resistant to oils, greases and chemicals and adheres to metal, plastic and wood surfaces. The high MoS2 ensures a clean sliding lubrication, reduces friction, serves as emergency lubrication and dampens noise when running. WEICON Bonded Coating Spray MoS2 shortened and improved the running conditions of bearings, gears and other pairings, especially at high pressure load and low sliding speed. Fields of application: • On slide rails and guides • on conveyor belts, conveyor rollers and chutes • as a coating on cutting tools • products on loading equipment, such as loading on bridges, overhead doors, rolling doors, loading plates and lifting tables • instead of silicone release agent and wherever an oil or grease lubrication is not permitted or desired
