Description: Gear oil for highly stressed gears. GRANIT hypoid gear oil GL-5 is a special high-alloy hypoid gear oil suitable for application in power dividers, like e.g. differentials, under extreme operating conditions (e.g. on building sites or when towing a trailer), when oils to API GL 5 standard are required. Not intended for use with synchromesh gears. Application: GRANIT hypoid gear oil GL-5 is suitable for lubricating gears in passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Always follow manufactures recommendations regarding SAE-viscosity class, API-quality level and MIL-specification.
